1940s Weekend - 18th - 20th Sep 2026 Sheringham, Norfolk

Sheringham Town and North Norfolk Railway hold an annual 1940's weekend which has grown in popularity over the years and attracts thousands of visitors.

Visitors and locals dress up, and most of the shops decorate inside and out, to transport the town back in time. Many stalls, singing, and dancing can be found dotted around the town, and most of the pubs and social clubs have live bands for you to embrace the 1940s era.

A vehicle and people parade takes place to help transport the atmosphere back in time, to the 1940s.
