Pets
No - Sorry we do not accepts Pets . We can't make exceptions, including well trained, small etc dogs. We have people who book our property knowing it is pet free because they like it that way or have allergies.

Tree Top View sleeps 4 + 2 x infant(s) Bedroom 1 - King Size bed Bedroom 2 - Two full size single beds OR one Super King size bed Travel cot(s) fit in both rooms no problem
Parking, EV & Public Transport
Parking - Tree Top View has a driveway, which easily accommodate two vehicles. Electric Vehicle (EV) - Tree Top View has it's own Type 2 7KW electric chargering point Bus - 2 min walk away to the nearest stop & 15 mins to the closest bus station. Run by Sanders Train - A 13 min walk away plus a taxi rank is just by the station.

Payments
Deposit - 30% is due with 24hrs of reserving dates. Balance - due 8 weeks before your stay. How? - Payment is accepted via Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, Via Cheque or over the phone. Full Terms & Conditions are on the footer of each page of my website.

Children
We can supply upon request: High Chair and or Booster Seat 2 x Stairgates - one is located at the top of the stairs and one is in the doorway of bedroom 2 (which is either 2 x single beds or 1 x super king bed) Books and toys - age appropirate as best we can A table waterproof table cloth will be placed on the dining room table. A small selection of DVD's are in the property A folable step to reach the basins if required is located in the cupboard next to the fridge A fireguard is located under the bed in the front bedroom is you wish to light the wood burner, however this is not required (as the property also has Gas fired under floor central heating throughout) Beach buckets, spades and crabbing nets are always located outside for everyone to use.
