Classic Comedy Weekend is set to be a great weekend for all. Dad's Army Museum will be helping the weekend come alive at Weybourne Station, to celebrate the well known Hi-de-Hi and 'Allo' Allo classic shows. For more info click here
Rails and Ales - 13th - 15th June 2025
The Rails & Ales Event showcased local ales and ciders. Both steam and diesel trains
This along with local ales and ciders which you can try at all 3 of North Norfolk Railways stations: Sheringham, Weybourne & Holt, plus onboard selected trains.
Vintage Transport Festival 19th - 24th July 2025
Along with heritage diesel and steam trains, North Norfolk Railway's unique vintage train f 4 and 6 wheeled carriages will be in action.
The Golden Year 26th - 27th July 2025
Both steam and diesel trains will run during this Golden Years event. This event is also asking for your participation if you have a vehicle from 1960's 70's or the 80's. Registration stations Mar 2025 with North Norfolk Railway
Victorian Sundays - On Sundays 3rd - 17 Aug 25
Restored carriages from the Victorian times will be in use every Sunday from so you can travel in style and enjoy the beauty of these carriages as well and the scenery.
A Festival on Rails 23 - 28th August 2025
Heritage diesel and steam trains will run a special intensive timetable.
Summer Steam Gala
As it's a Golden Anniversary Year why not travel in one of the 5 steam trains in use.
Steam Back to the Forties - 1940's weekend 20th & 21st September 2025
The Railways 1940's Annual weekend has been hugely popular for years, 2025 being it's 30th Year. The three stations and the towns all get involved too, it's an event no to be missed.
Sheringham Town 1940's weekend which has grown in popularity over the years and attracts thousands of visitors.
Visitors, locals and business dress up, and the towns is transported back in time. Stalls, Singing and dancing, Parades, Vehicles, People and Buses and so much more is transported back in time to 1940's.
Sheringham usually hosts a ration book stamping competition with prizes donated by local businesses.

🍽️ Murder Mystery Trains Apr - Oct 25 - aboard North Norfolk Railway
A themed murder mystery evening will take place aboard a steamed locomotive that will haul you from Sheringham via Weybourne to Holt and return. The evening will also include a 3 course meal. Each train has a theme and your encouraged to dress up, but it's not compulsory. Murder Mystery Trains run on the following Saturday dates below:-

26th April 2025- 1960's James Bond Adventure
10th May 2025 - A case for Sherlock Holmes
7th June 2025 - 1940's Whodunnit

Have you been on this magical journey through the Norfolk countryside? I can recommend it. It's a 5 1/2 miles journey on a full-size steam train light with 100's of lights that will transport you through 10 colour light scenes with onboard narration and music.
