Below is a brief list of extra precautions we are taking since the pandemic began

• Surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected using an approved EN14476 cleaner.
• The dishwasher can be loaded and placed on a cycle for the guest to then empty, you are asked at the point of booking for your preference.
• All hard floors are steam cleaned
• T.V. remotes (which are hard to disinfect) are placed in a bag
• The property information book is available in a digital version as well as hard copy
• We ventilate the and have a Mechanical Heat Recovery and Ventelation system (MHRV) that is always replacing the air within Tree Top View.
