House
Tree Top View Sheringham is a reverse living house (meaning the bedrooms are downstairs and the living space is upstairs)
The house is accessed via an unmade road and a spacious gravel drive, have a ramp into the front door. All the doors are 2ft 9" wide (800mm) throughout.
Downstairs has 2 large bedrooms and one shared shower room (outward opening door) with a low level walk in shower, WC and basin.
Stairs have a handrail one side with a straight flight until the top three steps which twist round to the landing.
Upstairs off the landing is a bathroom (door opens inward) with Large bath, WC and basin. Plus and large open plan lounge, kitchen, diner
Sheringham
Sheringham is a traditional seaside town with a flat promenade running the whole width of the seafront, several disabled parking spaces and business with support.
