Sheringham has a lovely high street with lots of individual shops that leads down to the seafront; where you can watch the fisherman launch their traditional boats from the shore. The blue flag beach is a mix of pebbles and sand with a flat promenade, running the full length of the town is part of the North Norfolk Coastal path incorporating The Deep History Coast. A popular attraction in the town is the North Norfolk Railway, which runs both steam and diesel engines through Weybourne to the lovely Georgian town of Holt. Sheringham town also has:
