Ground floor compromises of two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has a super king (zip & link) or separated for single beds. Also downstairs is a high pressure shower, wash hand basin, WC & washing machine.
Upstairs has an open plan Lounge, Kitchen, Diner, featuring a wood burner, Ordnance survey feature wall and byfold doors with a Juliet balcony. Off the landing is a bathroom having superb views with a double ended large bath, wash hand basin & WC.
Outside is a grassed seating area at the front of the property which we provide table, charis & parasol for in the warmer months, plus off roading parking for two cars. The property is No smoking & No pets. The owners live in the property next door should you have any problems or questions.

We have a convenience shop less than 5 mins walk away and a 10 min walk to town sees a medium size Tesco, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, fish mongers, delicatessen etc. Sheringham also has local medical centre (Doctors) and Pharmacy's should they be required during your stay.
